The formal procedure by which individuals apply for and enrol in programmes or courses provided by Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College is referred to as TVET College registration. Individuals interested in pursuing education and training in these specialised disciplines must first register.

TVET College Registration Opening Date
TVET college registration dates might vary depending on region, college, and individual programmes offered. In general, registration occurs twice a year, with one intake in the first half of the year and another in the second.
The exact registration dates are determined by the TVET college’s academic calendar and administrative rules. However, TVET Colleges registration begins in January. Therefore provisional students who have been admitted into the college must register before the closing date.

TVET College Registration Requirement
To register for your courses and modules at TVET College you must have the following documents:
- The original or a certified copy of your ID.
- The original or a certified copy of your latest school report/qualification.
- Students not qualifying for a bursary must deposit 25% of their fees on registration.
- Students not qualifying for a bursary must complete and sign a student fee contract (person responsible for payment of the tuition fees).
- Students qualifying for a bursary must have a provisional bursary acceptance letter and Placement letter.
Registration Process For TVET Colleges
Follow the process below to register sta TVET College;
- All returning students should collect their examination results at their campuses in January. ( Most of the Tvet Colleges Cullender starts in January)
- All qualifying students undergo the NSFAS application process.
- All students who meet the progression criteria will be allowed to register in their respective levels.
NB: The registration fee is non-refundable:
TVET Colleges operates a cashless system. All cash and cheque payments are to be deposited into the respective bank account of the college.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellation of registration must be done in writing, within one week of commencement of classes.
Failing to do this, learners will be held liable for the full cost of tuition fees.
