Applications for the 2026 academic year are now open for all prospective applicants who are interested in applying for a TVET college. They can apply online by visiting any of the online application portals of any of the colleges below through the link below. Make sure to upload all required documents and pay the required fees.TVET Colleges’ application dates vary among the colleges. TVET Colleges normally open the application portal for admission for the upcoming academic year on April 1, allowing prospective students to apply for a chance to study in any of the TVET Colleges. The application portal, however, is closed on November 30.

Step 1: Do the Pre-Screening Test
Step 2: Get your application form from the official website of the TVET College of your choice
Step 3: Complete your application form in full with the required information
Step 4: Attach all supporting documents. The following document must be uploaded during the application:

certified copies of the ID of the Learner
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
One ID-size photo
Copy of the certified latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
A unique email address and cellphone number.

Step 5: Make a payment of the application fee (if applicable)
Step 5: Submit your application before the closing date.
