TVET Colleges Application Opening Dates 2025
The TVET Colleges’ application opening date varies from college to college depending on the choice of TVET College and the program and qualification of application. TVET Colleges typically opens their application portal for admissions on April 1 and closes on November 30, therefore applicants must ensure that they stay updated with the application date of their preferred TVET College.
All applications must be submitted before the closing date, late applications may not be considered for the 2025 academic year.

How To Apply To A TVET College 2025
Follow the steps below to apply to a TVET College for the 2025 academic year;
- Visit the official website of the TVET College of your choice
- Complete the online application form with the required information
- Make a payment of the application fee(if applicable)
- Upload certified copies of supporting documents. The supporting documents include:
- Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
- Certificates/Qualifications
- Recent Academic results
- Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
- A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
- The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA) Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications).
- Review and submit your application before the closing date.
