All qualified South African citizen who are willing to further their academic in any of the government Tvet Colleges for the academic year 2026-2027 can now apply for the Nsfas funds through their official website. The online application window for NSFAS applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year will begin on the 20th of September and will be closing on the 15th of December.

NSFAS For TVET College 2026-2027 Eligibility Requirement
You qualify for an NSFAS bursary if you are a South African citizen who plans to study in 2026 or you are already studying at a public university or TVET college and you meet the following requirements:
- All South African citizens
- All SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
- Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350 000 per annum
- A person with disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 per annum
- Students who started studying before 2018 and whose household income is not more than R122 000 per annum.
