All applicants of TVET colleges must ensure that they meet the admission requirements of the various courses and the courses they wish to study. The general admission requirements of TVET college may vary from college to college, however, the general admission requirements of TVET colleges are :

Eastern Cape TVET Colleges Online Application Procedure 2025
Applications to Eastern Cape TVET Colleges must be done online on the official website of the TVET College of your choice from september 1 through to November 30 2024. Note that the application dates may vary depending on the college and program you wish to study. To apply online at Eastern Cape TVET College, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Get your application form.
Download the online application form from the official website of the TVET college of your choice.
Step 2: Complete your application form in full
Complete the application form with the required and correct information. Provide your e-mail, ID and cell phone number for Verification. Your ID, e-mail and cell phone are used to authenticate you.
Step 3: Attach all supporting documents.
All applicants starting a new qualification are required to upload the following certified documents:
- Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
- Certificates/Qualifications
- Recent Academic results
- Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
- A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
- The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA) Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications).
