Admission for Westcol applications for 2026-2027 will be accepted beginning September 1st and will close on September 30th.

Westcol TVET College offers various National Certificates in the Business, Engineering and General fields of study and has registered Examination Centers at Campuses. Students can register as a students at WESTCOL only if he or she meets the submission requirements for admission to study at WESTCOL and any other requirements for admission that may be determined by WESTCOL. Western TVET College Online Application Cycle for 2026-2027

WESTCOL will commence with the application process for a new academic cycle as follows:

NCV – at the beginning of September of the preceding year.
Business Studies – during September for Semester 1 and April/May for Semester 2.
Report 191 registrations for Engineering studies will take place in March/April for Trimester 2,
July/August for Trimester 3 and,
September for Trimester 1 of the following year

Submit documentation – You will receive notifications via email about your progress.
Please read the minimum requirements before you apply.
West College reserves the right to discontinue a program based on insufficient student numbers or to move it to another campus.
You need an active e-mail account as we will be communicating with you through emails.
You must continuously check your email to ensure that you do not miss any communication.
All documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
