1. Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling activities. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and be highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Base pay does not include a strong bonus structure to be discussed with applicants.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for educating, developing & nurturing prospects
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Profile strategic accounts identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements and present solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Qualify, and set appointments & for management to connect with potential clients

Sales Development Representative Application Requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will need to be:
  • Able to work a US EST Shift (4 pm – 1 AM SA Time), in the office.
  • A self-starter with a background in Business to business sales (preferably in the recruitment space)
  • Not Afraid to pick up the phone, this is an outbound calling position.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients from several different backgrounds.

  • College Education preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Time Management skill
  • Highly Organized and Strategic thinker

Minimum Requirements:

  • REQV 13 – Teacher’s qualification (Further Education & Training);

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering;
  • A minimum of zero to three (0 – 3) years in the TVET sector;

Duties:

  • Engage in learning/facilitation as per workload;
  • Assess and record the performance of students;
  • Manage a learning program;
  • Develop a policy for the program;
