1. Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling activities. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and be highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Base pay does not include a strong bonus structure to be discussed with applicants.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
- Be responsible for educating, developing & nurturing prospects
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
- Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
- Profile strategic accounts identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements and present solutions to start the sales cycle
- Qualify, and set appointments & for management to connect with potential clients
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums;

- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application
Sales Development Representative Application Requirements
- To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- Able to work a US EST Shift (4 pm – 1 AM SA Time), in the office.
- A self-starter with a background in Business to business sales (preferably in the recruitment space)
- Not Afraid to pick up the phone, this is an outbound calling position.
- Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients from several different backgrounds.
- other Experience and Skills preferred:
- College Education preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Time Management skill
- Highly Organized and Strategic thinker
- Effective in-person and electronic communication ability
- High energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically

Minimum Requirements:
- REQV 13 – Teacher’s qualification (Further Education & Training);
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies;

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering;
- A minimum of zero to three (0 – 3) years in the TVET sector;
- Valid driver’s licence;

Duties:
- Engage in learning/facilitation as per workload;
- Assess and record the performance of students;
- Manage a learning program;
- Develop a policy for the program;
- Guide the latest developments on approaches to the program.
