TVET Colleges Application Opening Dates 2025

For the 2025–2026 academic year, candidates must begin their application process between April 1 and November 30, for any of the Tvet colleges in South Africa. The application portal is open for an ample period, allowing prospective students to Apply. Applicants must note that the application dates vary among colleges, therefore confirm the application date of the college of interest to avoid complications.

Applications must be submitted before the closing date, based on the fact that late applications will not be considered for the 2025 academic year.

TVET Colleges Online Application Procedure 2025

TVET College applications are done online on the official website of the preferred TVET college. To apply online at a TVET College follow the procedure below:

• Identify the TVET College you wish to attend
• Know the course you wish to study
• Log into the official website of the tvet college you wish to study at
• Download and complete the online application form with the required and correct information
• Make a payment of the application fee(if applicable)
• Upload certified copies of supporting documents. Certified copies of the following documents must be uploaded;

South African Students

• A certified copy of the latest school results
• A certified copy of the Identity Document
• registration fee
• Proof of residence

Foreign Students

• A certified copy of the latest school qualification
• A valid study permit until the end of the relevant study period
• Foreign student registration fee

• Review your application to ensure that all information provided is correct.
• Submit your application before the closing date.
