The TVET Colleges Online Application for the 2025-2026 academic year will be available from April 1st to November 30th. Applicants who wish to study at any of South Africa’s TVET Colleges must prepare and submit an online application through the institution’s official website before the closing date or deadline.
Applicants must visit the official website of the college they wish to study at to confirm the application date, as the application date may vary from college to college due to the TVET College of choice, program and country of the college.

How To Apply For TVET Colleges 2025
To apply online to a TVET College, follow the step-by-step procedure below:
NB: All applications for admissions to TVET Colleges must be done online on the official website of the TVET College.
- Visit the official website of the TVET College of your choice
- Download the online application form for the application portal
- Identify the program/course you wish to study
- Complete the online application form with the required information.
- Make payment of the application fee( if applicable)
- Upload certified copies of supporting documents. The following documents must be uploaded during the application:
- Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)

- Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
- A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
