TVET Colleges Application Opening Date 2025

The TVET Colleges Online Application for the 2025/2026 academic year will be available from April 1st to November 30th. Applicants who wish to study at any of South Africa’s TVET Colleges must prepare and submit an online application through the institution’s official website before the closing date or deadline.

Admission Requirement For TVET Colleges 2025

Admission requirements for TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) colleges vary depending on the specific college, program, and qualification. However, the general admission requirements for TVET Colleges are listed below;

National Certificate (Vocational)

• Grade 9 + college requirements set per programme

NATED / Report 191

• Grade 9 for N1 admission
• Grade 12 for N4 admission

How To Apply For TVET Colleges Online 2025

Follow the steps below to apply online for TVET Colleges for the 2024 academic year;

Step 1:Visit the school website Proof of enlistment expense installment (obligatory for SA and Worldwide applicants) Choose the course you need to require; career counseling is available.

Step 2: Fill out the online application for the program/course of interest. Please upload all of your application materials (Certified ID Duplicate, Results, and supporting documents). The documents include;

• Certified copy of your ID;
• Certified copy of your Highest Passed Results;
• Certified copy of your Proof of Residence (in your name or an affidavit).

Step 3: Your records will be checked and endorsed on the off chance that they are clear and certified; something else, they will be rejected if they are not clear or have an obsolete date stamp. After each step, you’ll get an email advising you of the status of your registration. The e-mail will incorporate enrollment information.
