South Africa has 50 registered and accredited public TVET colleges, operating on approximately 364 campuses spread across the country’s rural and urban areas. The Public TVET College was established and operated under the Continuing Education and Training Act 16 of 2006 and has been reported to the Department of Higher Education and Training.
