Northlink TVET College Online Application Opening Date 2025/2026

Applications at Northlink Tvet College will be open on September 1st for the 2025/2026 academic year. The application portal is open to all students of South Africa and international students. The application portal closes on September 30, therefore prospective students must apply before the closing date. Late applications may not be considered for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Northlink TVET College Online Application Admission Requirement 2025/2026

To apply to Northlink TVET College you must meet the following admission requirements for the 2025/2026 academic year;

NATIONAL CERTIFICATE VOCATIONAL (NCV)

Minimum entrance requirements are NQF1 i.e. Grade 9 and AET Level 4
Entry requirements have been guided and aligned to the NC (V) policy. A point system for entry into qualifications will be utilized.

REPORT 191

Minimum entrance requirements as aligned by the NATED Policy. Students who have passed Grade 12/NC (V) Level 4 will be admitted to N4.
Students who have passed grades 9, 10, 11 or 12 who want to pursue an artisan career will be admitted to N1 based on a point system

OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAMS

Minimum entrance requirements as per registered Skills Program/Learnership approved by QCTO/SETA
To be eligible to apply for an Occupational Program a student who previously enrolled for NC(V) or Report 191 programs will only be considered if such a student has fully completed the NC(V) or Report 191 program (passed all subjects).

Step 2: Course Fees & Payment Policy

Once you have selected a course, view the Vocational fees or Occupational fees and read the Payment Policy.

Step 3: Complete the Application

ONLINE application – Complete the application process and upload a certified copy of your ID and latest results.

Step 4: Waiting for a Response

Once you have submitted your application form, please allow sufficient time for the application to be verified and sent to the relevant Programme Manager before enquiring on the status of your application. Your application will be acknowledged via SMS & e-mail.

Northlink TVET College Online Application Application Fee 2025/2026

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No cancellation of enrolment will be accepted, except in the cases as per (d) below;
Request for cancellation of enrolment must be done in writing, within 10 working days for the trimester, 20 working days for a semester and 30 working days for year programs. Failing to do this will render the student liable to the full cost of the tuition fees;
Registration fees, materials fees and upfront deposits are non-refundable; Reimbursement of tuition fees can be approved on the following grounds:
1. Death of a student;
2. Illness confirmed by a medical certificate;
3. Transfer to another educational institution (confirmed by the institution);
4. A course or subject not offered after registration or enrolment;
5. Subject clashes due to a change in the class timetable;
6. Where the program enrolled for is already full and tuition fees have been paid;
7. If a student requests to enrol for fewer subjects, or wants to alter the subject he/she has enrolled for, not later than the second Friday of the year, semester or trimester after registration, and confirmed in writing by the person responsible for the payment of the account; or
8. any other reason that will be approved by the Council
