The 2025 application period runs from April 1 to November 30. Anyone who wants to apply for TVET College Online should do so as soon as possible. Late applications must be accepted for the 2025 academic year.

• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
• One ID-size photo
• Copy Certified of latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
• A unique Email address and cellphone number.

TVET Colleges applications are done online on the official website of your preferred TVET College during the application period. To apply to a TVET College for the 2025 academic year follow the steps below;

• Identify the TVET College you wish to study at
• Log onto the official website of the TVET college
• On the application portal, Select your preferred course. Ensure that you meet the requirements for the course.
• Complete the online application form with the required information
• Upload supporting documents
• Make a payment of the application fee(if applicable)
• Review your complete application
• Submit your application before the closing date
