Central Johannesburg TVET College is one of 50 public TVET colleges in South Africa operating under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). There are eight TVET colleges in Gauteng. CJC is a well-known school that has long served as a pillar of education and empowerment in South Africa. Applications for new and returning students should begin on September 1st, and close on September 30th. Aspiring students are reminded to submit their applications before the deadline because late submissions will be considered if there are spots available after the application.

Johannesburg TVET College Online Application Documents for 2026-2027

The following documents are required to apply online for CJC for the 2026-2027 academic year;

A certified copy of the latest school report/National Senior Certificate/Statement of Results, etc.
A certified copy of the identity document
Proof of residential address not older than three months and relevant contact details
Preferably accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18 years of age
