The application portal is open to all aspiring high school graduates and South African and international students who meet the admission requirements of TVET Colleges.  The 2026 academic year will be made available from April 1st until September 30th.

The TVET Colleges Online Application for the 2026 academic year will be made available from April 1st until September 30th. Therefore, prospective students who wish to study at any of the TVET Colleges in South Africa must submit an online application via the college’s official website before the closing date or deadline. Late applications may not be considered for the 2026 academic year.

NB: Prospective students must visit the official website of their preferred TVET College to know the exact application date, as the application date varies among colleges.

TVET College Application Required Documents 2026

In addition to the admission requirements for the course for which you have applied, candidates must attach the following documents as part of the application process:

South African Applicants

• A certified copy of the latest school results
• A certified copy of the Identity Document
• Necessary registration fee
• Proof of residence

Foreign Applicants

• A certified copy of the latest school qualification
• A valid study permit until the end of the relevant study period
• Foreign student registration fee
