TVET Colleges Application Opening Date 2025
TVET Colleges Online Application portal for admission for the 2025/2026 academic year will be open from April 1st to November 30th. Applicants who wish to study at any of South Africa’s TVET Colleges must prepare and submit an online application through the institution’s official website before the closing date or deadline.

How To Apply TVET Colleges 2025
Applying to TVET colleges for the 2025 academic year is a straightforward process that needs to be done on the official website of the TVET College. To apply for TVET Colleges follow the steps below;
Step 1: Get your application form.
All new applications are done online on the official website of the college. TVET Colleges publish their application forms online for easy downloading by prospective students.
Step 2: Complete your application form in full
Provide the necessary information required to complete the spaces given on the application form. Provide an active e-mail, ID and cell phone number. Your ID, e-mail and cell phone is used to authenticate you.
Step 3: Attach all supporting documents.
All applicants starting a new qualification are required to upload the following certified documents:
- Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
- Certificates/Qualifications
- Recent Academic results
- Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
- A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
- The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA) Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications).
Step 4: Submit your application
A confirmation email will be sent to you with all the application information.
